One beautiful thing about exploring is that it connects you to the present. For a few wonderful moments you forget about your problems and future concerns. Curiosity leads you. Intuition kicks in. You notice details and sounds and smells that might otherwise get overlooked and unheard and disregarded.
And one of the beautiful things about exploring is that you don’t have to be anywhere exotic or grand to do it. For, while the things around you might not change, the eyes with which you see, always do.
So, rather than go about your day—explore about your day. There are no boring things to interact with—only boring eyes to look with. Nothing should ever appear the same one moment to the next—unless, of course, you are staying exactly the same one moment to the next.
